How I Approach Teen Counselling

I facilitate counselling at a rhythm that suits your teenager. Building safety is my priority, providing a supportive space where they feel truly heard. I honor their voice and self-agency as they navigate their own path toward healing.

You can share your thoughts in whatever way feels easiest for you. We might spend time talking, or we can use creative tools like art and clay—or even a mix of both. Every session is guided by what makes you feel comfortable. When helpful, I can also draw on CBT-informed ideas, like gently noticing and challenging unhelpful thoughts, in a way that feels manageable.

Confidentiality & Trust

Privacy is vital for teens to feel safe. I maintain strict confidentiality unless there is a safeguarding concern. To book, first appointments require payment within 48 hours of booking. All subsequent sessions must be paid 48 hours in advance. No fees apply for cancellations made 48+ hours ahead; late cancellations are charged in full.
