Children’s Counselling in Earls Colne, Colchester for Growth and Support

I provide a friendly and creative space where children can explore their feelings through play and simple conversation. My aim is to help every child feel comfortable being themselves, ensuring they feel heard and supported while they build up the confidence they need to get through difficult times.

A nurturing therapeutic environment designed for primary and older students and their guardians who are looking for reliable and heartfelt local support.

Empowering Your Child Today

Building Self-Belief

I help children find their own strength and confidence. Through simple play, they can learn more about themselves and build the courage to say how they really feel.

Guiding Big Emotions

We work through big feelings in a gentle and friendly way. I give your child simple, real-life tools to help with stress or sadness when life feels a bit much.

Developing Expression

I help children find better ways to talk about what they need. I am here for them during friendship troubles or when things change at home or school.

A Warm Creative Path Toward Wellness

I provide a warm and welcoming space where children use play, puppets, art and sand trays to symbolise their experiences and make sense of their world in a safe way. This creative approach helps them express their feelings and find new, positive ways to look at their lives. By using these gentle tools, I support young people as they reframe their challenges and build a much brighter path forward. Together, we work at your child's pace to foster deep understanding and real growth. Please note that for our sessions to run smoothly, first appointment fees are due 48 hours after booking, and all regular visits must be paid 48 hours in advance. Full fees apply for late cancellations.

Why Families Seek Child Support

I often work with children who are struggling to find their feet in a busy, confusing world. Parents usually get in touch when they notice their child is facing challenges that feel a bit too much to carry alone. I offer down-to-earth support for things like:

Overwhelming anxiety or fears that feel hard to handle

Stress relating to school performance or social environment

Struggling to manage intense anger, deep sadness or frustration

Handling friendship dynamics and the pain of social exclusion

Getting used to home changes like moving or a new baby

Helping children grow their confidence in a friendly space

Begin your child's journey

Deciding on support for your child is a big step. I provide a kind space to explore feelings. For first bookings, payment is due within 48 hours of your request; for all other sessions, due 48 hours before. Cancellations under 48 hours are charged in full.
